Data used and purpose

We process business details submitted for previews, subscriber email and billing identifiers, content-delivery records, and technical security logs to provide the requested service, fulfil subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain records, and resolve delivery or billing incidents.

Legal bases

We process subscription data to perform the service contract, security and limited operational analytics for our legitimate interests, and records where required by law. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.

Providers and international processing

Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card data. Resend delivers transactional email. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and database services. These providers may process data outside Spain under their applicable data-protection safeguards.

Retention

Preview security counters are deleted after seven days. Subscription and delivery data is retained while the account is active and then only as long as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and security obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable by emailing the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
